Igel Family is looking for a Full-Time Caregiver (NOC 44101)! This is a full time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $20.00/hour.

Job Description:

- Provide care and companionship for an elderly individual (90 years old)
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Aid in mobility and ambulation to prevent injury or falls
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals, including special dietary requirements
- Feed or assist in feeding as needed
- Provide medication reminders and monitor general health
- Perform routine health-related duties such as changing non-sterile dressings and collecting specimens
- Offer supervision throughout the day to ensure safety and reduce confusion or disorientation
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry,



washing dishes, making beds, and keeping the client's living space clean and organized
- Maintain a calm, supportive presence to reduce anxiety and ensure emotional comfort for the client.

Job Requirements:

- Completion of a training program in care of elderly, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience taking care of people with dementia is preferred
- Language in the workplace is English
