Reporting to the Culinary Manager, your responsibilities will include operating dishwashers, cleaning all kitchen equipment, and ensuring that cooking areas are well-kept. You will engage in meaningful work that promotes health and well-being among seniors, enhancing their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload dishwashers effectively
• Maintain cleanliness across cooking surfaces
• Mop kitchen floors regularly
• Clean other equipment as needed
• Engage in training to better serve residents
Requirements:
• Empathetic towards elderly and disabled individuals
• Familiarity with food handling best practices
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
• Read and write English fluently
• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
