Position Overview

We are looking for a Host / Support team member who can manage the front door while assisting the floor team during service. This role is critical to controlling flow, setting the tone for guests, & keeping service running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests promptly & professionally
- Manage waitlists & seating flow efficiently
- Answer phones & handle takeout or guest inquiries
- Maintain clean & organized entrance & host stand
- Assist servers with bussing, resetting tables, & running food when needed




- Monitor dining room flow & communicate with kitchen & service staff
- Support overall team during busy periods

Requirements

- Solid communication & people skills
- Ability to stay organized & composed in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, & confident demeanor
- Ability to multitask & prioritize effectively
- Reliable & punctual
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but not required

Schedule

- Flexible shifts (morning, daytime, & evening availability preferred)
- Weekend availability required

Compensation

- Hourly wage: $ /hr
- Tip-out participation
- Summer season bonus program (May - September)
- Full day shift: 100% discount on staff meals
