Job Title: Line Cook (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled & reliable Line Cook who can execute consistently under pressure. This role requires speed, organization, & attention to detail while maintaining high food quality & cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare & cook menu items to spec during service
- Set up & stock stations with necessary prep & ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, & efficient workstation
- Follow recipes, portioning, & plating standards
- Communicate clearly with kitchen & front-of-house team
- Assist with prep, cleaning, & closing duties
- Ensure food safety & sanitation standards are upheld





Requirements:

- Previous line cook experience preferred (breakfast/brunch experience an asset)
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong time management & multitasking skills
- Consistency & attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods & handle physical demands
- BC FOOD SAFE 1 certification (required)
- BC FOOD SAFE 2 certification (definitely an asset!)
- Reliable & punctual

Schedule:

- Flexible shifts (morning, daytime, & evening availability preferred)
- Weekend availability required

Compensation:

- Hourly wage - starting around $19.00–$24.50/hr based on experience
