RESPONSIBILITIES

- Excellent customer service to customers, by assisting and providing information, product knowledge.
- Maintain positive knowledge of till and cash‑related duties.
- Assist with sales in all departments as required.
- Stock & display products to present a neat, clean, well‑merchandised department.
- Selling, loading and recording sales according to all regulations in all commodities.
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly.
- Housekeeping of facilities.
- Provide gas pump services.




- Assist with inventory control, receiving & merchandising of products.
- Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

- Has a valid Class 5 Driver's License or higher.
- Obtain company‑provided training that includes, but is not limited to TDG, WHMIS & forklift certification.
- Knowledge of hardware, Farm Center experience or farm background an asset.
- Strong computer skills. Be able to work as part of a team or independently.
- Physically able to do heavy lifting.
- Adhere to company loss prevention, security and safety policies and procedures.
- This position is classified as Safety Sensitive: therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co‑ops Alcohol & Substance policy as a condition of employment.
- Average 24-40 hours/week.
