Casa Mia Montessori, a boutique early learning center in southeast Calgary, is looking for a warm, dedicated, and qualified Montessori-trained Educator (Level 2 or 3) to join our small and collaborative team. You will play a vital role in nurturing the whole child—emotionally, socially, and cognitively—through respectful, child‑led learning.

Position Requirements
- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 2 or 3) with Montessori training is mandatory
- College or university degree related to Early Childhood Education
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification (issued within the last 3 years)
- Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 6 months)
Full‑time : 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Start date : June or July 2025
Compensation
Level 2: $18–$19 per hour, Alberta wage top‑up
Level 3: $20–$22 per hour, Alberta wage top‑up
Final wage based on experience and qualifications
