The Sales Associate position is quick-paced, involving constant interaction with customers explaining product benefits and fulfilling customer needs.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

- Meet, greet and thank customers and provide friendly, informed service to them
- Guide customers to location of products
- Suggest value-added and related products by actively listening to the customers needs
- Stock shelves and merchandise display areas using modules and pugs as a guideline
- Keep stock clean, faced and orderly
- Maintain inventory accuracy & identify and report low stock level
- Keep informed of promotions & in-store deals
- Maintain a professional appearance (uniform, hygiene, grooming and name tag)
- Follow company, store and department policies
- Participate in meetings and all training, as required
- Complete other tasks as required
