Join a Supply Chain team supporting active and upcoming IT sourcing initiatives within the power and utilities sector. This role manages sourcing activities from intake through contract execution across IT software/SaaS, technology services, professional services, hardware, and telecommunications procurement. The position requires an execution-oriented resource capable of independently leading competitive sourcing events and supporting commercial negotiations in a fast-paced environment.

Must Haves

- 5+ years of IT procurement and sourcing experience
- Independent delivery of competitive sourcing events from initiation through award
- Commercial negotiation and supplier management capabilities
- Work with IT , Cybersecurity , and Finance stakeholders on sourcing initiatives
- Solid understanding of SaaS , licensing, professional services, and technology contracting commercial models

Nice to Have

- IT software and telecommunications procurement exposure
- Ability to onboard quickly with minimal ramp-up
- Concurrent management of multiple sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

- Develop sourcing strategies for IT procurement initiatives
- Prepare and execute RFx events
- Conduct commercial evaluations
- Support commercial negotiations with suppliers
- Coordinate stakeholder and supplier engagement activities
- Support contract development and execution
