Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to support the Live Well Department at the John W. Lindsay YMCA in Halifax.

The role focuses on coordinating health and fitness programs for participants with chronic conditions or inactivity, providing administrative, logistical, and on-the-ground support to staff, volunteers, and participants. You will help ensure a safe, welcoming workplace, assist with program setup, welcome participants, and help collect data for program evaluation.
