Lead the Christmas Kettle Campaign as a Kettle Campaign Coordinator with The Salvation Army, managing volunteer efforts in the Foothills and High River communities. Your leadership will drive successful fundraising through direct community engagement.
In this full time, temporary role, you will oversee kettle operations, coordinate staffing schedules, and maintain a positive atmosphere among volunteers. Your previous experience in administration or kettle work will contribute to your success in this position. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage kettle locations and volunteer schedules
• Ensure kettles are secure while collecting donations
• Organize training and orientation for volunteers




• Maintain records in the Kettle System
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Relevant experience in administration or previous kettle work
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication and organization abilities
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License and clear background check
