As a Grocery Team Member, you’ll work under the Grocery Supervisor and engage directly with our Members and Guests. You will ensure product availability through ordering and receiving, while also taking part in our Health and Safety Program. The role emphasizes a commitment to our Core values, including integrity and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver friendly, people-first service to all customers
• Handle production, packaging, and merchandising tasks
• Manage cash till operations during customer transactions
• Conduct accurate ordering and product receiving
• Ensure adherence to cleanliness and brand standards
Requirements:
• Must lift up to 50lbs unassisted
• Demonstrated guest service skills are necessary
• Attention to detail and solid organizational abilities
• Quality communication and interpersonal skills needed
• Must be flexible for varying work hours
