• Drive the design of the AI Gateway and Policy Engine • Oversee production of the Developer Portal and AI Registry • Implement governance frameworks for compliance and security • Establish observability mechanisms across AI workflows • Scale the engineering team efficiently from core to operational levels

Requirements: • At least 8 years in infrastructure or AI engineering roles • Minimum of 4 years leading engineering teams • Solid experience with governance and compliance in AI • Hands-on knowledge of policy-as-code frameworks • Familiarity with multi-cloud architecture and AI tools
