Key Responsibilities:
• Position signs, cones, and barricades in work areas
• Communicate effectively with other TCPs for safety
• Ensure safe passage for all road users through sites
• Adjust setups based on site needs as paving occurs
• Report any incidents to the Site Supervisor
Requirements:
• Must be dependable and punctual for shifts
• Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in varied weather conditions
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing long hours
• Valid TCP Certification and Class 5 License preferred
