As a Community Specialist, you will play a crucial role at the Orange Hub Respite Centre, creating a secure and engaging environment for participants. You will facilitate personal growth and assist individuals in creating meaningful days through thoughtful program implementation. Your dedication to inclusive practices will help participants build real relationships within their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide enhanced direct care and support
• Encourage personal interests and promote dignity
• Enable participants to achieve their personal goals




• Maintain communication with team and families
• Document all activities accurately and professionally
Requirements:
• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• Clear Police Information Check is mandatory
• First Aid Certification CPR Level C required
• Training in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention is beneficial
• Commitment to core values of AdaptAbilities essential
