Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Toronto is looking for Hospitality and Accessibility volunteers for the Synergy Toronto 2026 event. You will be the first point of contact for attendees, assisting them throughout the venue and responding to their inquiries. You'll also coordinate support for those with accessibility needs and help manage coffee and buffet stations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a visible and friendly presence for attendees
• Provide assistance to guests with accessibility requirements
• Support buffet and coffee stations during the event




• Facilitate networking opportunities and support event activities
• Ensure adaptability to perform diverse tasks as required
Requirements:
• Enthusiasm for helping others, especially those in need
• Solid verbal communication skills for attendee engagement
• Flexibility to handle various responsibilities
• Commitment to accessibility and inclusivity
• Availability for shifts from November 3-5, 2026
