YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

Responsibilities

- Passion for brand standards: go-getter in keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
- Maintain the Stockroom: keep merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures organized and ensure effective operation.
- Identify merchandising opportunities: inform store leadership, create a game plan and act to correct.
- Support teamwork: ready to assist fellow team members with non-stock tasks or guest assistance.
- Adhere to safety and Asset Protection standards: follow AEO policies and procedures.

Qualifications / Desired Experience

- Love for AE and Aerie products.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, priority setting and time management.
- Flexible availability: early morning, late evening, weekends.




- Prior stock-related role experience.
