Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out activities
• Perform pre-testing to assist in comprehensive eye care
• Schedule appointments and prepare prescription documentation




• Manage eyewear pick-ups and address minor repairs
• Provide outstanding customer service ensuring patient satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French is required
• Experience in retail is an advantage
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technology
