As a fully remote Nurse Navigator, you will assess and support members, coordinate their healthcare, and connect them with necessary resources. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and support members with healthcare needs
• Help navigate the Canadian healthcare system

Requirements:
• Current RN or RPN registration in positive standing
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
