Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Host / Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a busy front-of-house environment. MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKDAY MORNINGS GOING INTO SEPTEMBER 2026.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating flow




- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Serve tables and guests

Qualifications

- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Greeting and seating customers
- Assist in taking and preparing drink orders
- Maintaining cleanliness within restaurant
- Responsible to perform assigned cleaning duties upon shift completion

Skills

- Postiive attitude, hardworking, able to stand for long periods
- Smart serve certification mandatory
- Good time management
