Job Location & Schedule

Location: Toronto, ON.

Hours: Full time, 30–40 hours per week.

Start: As soon as possible.

Work site: On‑site at the employer’s home. No remote work. Non‑smoking, scent‑free environment.

Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live‑in basis (not a condition of employment).

Responsibilities

- Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas
- Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Prepare infants and children for rest periods
- Supervise and care for children




- Tend to emotional well‑being of children

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience caring for children, including a multi‑aged group
- Experience and specialization in childcare are an asset
- Education: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Criminal record check required
- Public transportation available
- Can handle weight up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- Personal suitability: client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, reliability, time management, patience, honesty
