Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Prepare drinks following company recipes accurately
• Help manage food and beverage service, including pastries




• Build relationships with local coffee and bakery partners
• Adhere to health and safety protocols while on site
Requirements:
• 1 year experience as a barista is preferred
• Valid Ontario Food Handler and Smart Serve certifications
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to influence and inspire others
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
