- Helping children with various degrees of need in the learning setting.
- Planning and implementing programming based on the needs of the child supported by a certificated teacher.
- Effectively communicating and building a relationship with children and families.
- Collaboration with a team.
- Writing an IPP, tracking and planning forms as well as parent communication.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience working in the childcare field or with children who have diverse learning or developmental delays.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a driver's license.
- Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
- Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR.
- Current immunization and health assessment as per local Minister of Health Requirements.
