The Strategic Pursuit Centre (SPC) at BDO is looking for a Manager with a passion for leadership and operational excellence. You will champion team-oriented strategies, enhance service delivery, and improve pursuit effectiveness through innovative practices and detailed proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end pursuit processes for high-value opportunities • Analyze RFx and develop compelling pursuit strategies • Coach and mentor team members to foster growth • Identify improvements in processes and workflows • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional proposals
Requirements: • 7+ years in managing proposals or pursuits • University degree in a related field • APMP or PMP certification preferred • Strong organizational and project management skills • Experience leading teams in professional services
