Your responsibilities will include remote and on-site monitoring of clinical trials across therapeutic areas such as rare diseases and pediatrics. This dynamic role requires a customer-focused mindset and involves considerable travel to meet site demands.

Key Responsibilities:



• Perform monitoring and site management for clinical trials • Validate clinical data for correctness and integrity • Manage communication with investigative sites • Elevate potential risks and training needs • Schedule monitoring visits and manage report completions

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years monitoring experience • Proven customer service skills and professionalism • Willingness to travel 70-85% and complete 8 onsite visits monthly • French language skills preferred; reside in Ontario or Quebec • Solid commitment and accountability in daily tasks
