Please note: This is a part-time position requiring approximately 4-6 hours per week. Availability every Wednesday is mandatory.

Who we're looking for

We are seeking a Block Clerk with experience in high-volume data entry and a keen attention to detail to work as part of our live auction team. As the Block Clerk, you will enter information into our Simulcast system in real-time during our weekly auctions. This is a fast-paced position, working 4-6 hours every Wednesday.

What you'll do

- Enter sale data, including starting bid, sale amount, and bidder information into the Simulcast system during live auctions
- Following verbal prompts from the auctioneer, enter adjustments or bid decisions in real time

Must Haves

- Must have excellent keyboarding skills to accurately input data in real time during the auction
- High School diploma or equivalent in education with previous office experience
- Reliable and detail oriented
- Must be able to stay focused in a rapid-paced, noisy environment

Compensation

Range of Hourly: $17.60 - $18.52 CAD (Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
