Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in home and community environments
• Use communication techniques effectively to share information




• Empower clients in daily living tasks like hygiene and meal preparation
• Provide personal care assistance as needed
• Document and maintain accurate client records
Requirements:
• College diploma in relevant human services field
• Experience with developmentally disabled individuals
• Proficient in American Sign Language or Signed Exact English
• Valid Class G driver's license
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs occasionally
