Support Oakridge Seasonal Operations with administrative and logistical assistance to enhance Retail Store experiences. This temporary role focuses on high standards of client service and operational efficiency during the busy holiday season.
Starting in late September 2026 until January 2027, flexibility for non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential. Your role includes entering sales at the point of sale, managing calls, and assisting on the sales floor whenever necessary. You'll be instrumental in maintaining visual standards and helping with essential packaging and inventory tasks throughout the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process sales transactions accurately at POS
• Answer and appropriately direct incoming calls




• Provide support on the sales floor as needed
• Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness standards
• Assist Operations with cleaning and wrapping jewelry
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in customer service operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Detail-oriented and adaptable in quick-paced tasks
• Ability to shift roles according to business needs
• Luxury retail experience is preferred
