We are seeking a goal‑driven, customer‑focused Wireless Team Member to join our team. Full‑time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

- Build connections with each customer by being passionate about helping people and identifying their product and service needs.
- Guide customers toward the best wireless technology solutions.
- Stay current with new technology and share knowledge with others.
- Maintain accuracy in transactions, inventory, and procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience; sales experience an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑resolution skills.
- Comfortable with technology and able to keep up to date with product knowledge and services.
- Robust attention to detail and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to relate to all levels of staff and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient with MS Office 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

Hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses.
