We’re a high-energy, spirited team thriving in a fast-paced environment, and we’re looking for top-tier talent to join our growing insurance team as a Technical Service Representative (TSR) supporting both Commercial and Personal Lines .

Key Responsibilities

- Process policy documents including letters, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes
- Support Account Managers with administrative and technical tasks to maintain exceptional client service
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or obtain required information
- Provide technical and administrative support for Commercial and Personal Lines accounts
- Process client requests and ensure they are handled accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist Account Managers and Producers with day-to-day servicing requirements
- Support other administrative and operational tasks as required

Qualifications

- RIBO license is required




- Previous experience working as a Technical Service Representative (TSR) in an insurance brokerage environment
- Experience with both Commercial and Personal Lines insurance
- Valid driver's license
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology, policies, and documentation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
