Key Responsibilities: • Design and administer employee training and development programs • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment,



including mass campaigns • Support employee growth initiatives and mentorship programs • Assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements • Analyze emerging trends in learning and development

Requirements: • Degree in HR Management or related field • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience • Demonstrable high-volume recruitment expertise • Solid knowledge of learning methodologies and evaluation • Experience with learning management systems preferred
