Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Sales and Marketing will develop targeted marketing plans and sales strategies. Your leadership will motivate a team of high performers to meet revenue goals while enhancing the guest experience. This pivotal role will set the tone for the current hotel brand’s success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Design and implement strategic marketing plans for hotel revenue • Lead daily sales review and weekly planning sessions • Analyze sales data to ensure revenue targets are met • Create promotional materials to support sales goals • Promote effective communication of client needs across departments

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years experience in hotel sales • Degree in Hospitality Management preferred • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
