Teach English and French in a dynamic, small-group setting. Seeking an enthusiastic educator for part-time, in-person instruction at our learning center.
This position involves teaching students up to Grade 9 with a focus on creating a welcoming workplace. You'll be responsible for adapting lessons to each student’s needs, adhering to recognized teaching methodologies while fostering effective communication and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lessons to small groups of students
• Develop instructional plans in English and French
• Adhere to the teaching methodologies outlined
• Document lesson feedback and student progress
• Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere
Requirements:
• Proficient in English and French, both spoken and written
• Experienced teaching up to Grade 9; Grade 12 is a plus
• Good understanding of French core curriculum
• Must multitask effectively with three students
• Vulnerable-sector screening needed
