Compensation and Benefits

Wage: $21.00 per hour. In addition, an average bonus incentive of $7.96 per hour may be earned.

Essential Requirements & Responsibilities

The full‑time Customer Service and Sales Associate consults with customers on their Hertz rental, maximizes revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services, overcomes customer objections, and ensures world‑class customer service and sales support.

Qualifications

- Solid oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers.
- Strong multitasking ability.
- Ability to upsell and overcome customer objections.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
