Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated

Sous Chef

to join our culinary leadership team at one of our premier locations. As a Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in leading kitchen operations, assisting with menu creation, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic hospitality group while working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.

Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus and innovative dishes.

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure kitchen workplace.

Train,



mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain performance and standards.

Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to Allure Hospitality's specifications.

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.

Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen management, and culinary techniques.

Passion for creating innovative and high-quality cuisine.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.

A positive attitude, flexibility, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
