Home Society in Abbotsford, BC is seeking a Community Inclusion Worker to support individuals in their physical, social, emotional and daily life skills development, fostering increased independence and community participation. Rate of Pay is as per the collective agreement.

Hours are 30 per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. The role requires compassion and the ability to establish warm relationships with each person served and to encourage involvement of family and neighbors in daily life.
