About Titan Trailers: Titan Trailers Inc. is a leading manufacturer of custom trailers in Ontario. Known for innovation and quality, we build high-performance transportation solutions. We are currently seeking both junior and skilled Aluminum MIG Welders to join our production teams at our Tillsonburg and Delhi facilities.

Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality MIG welding on aluminum components for trailer frames, bodies, and assemblies. Use grinders, power tools, and other fabrication equipment to prepare, clean, and finish welded parts. Read blueprints to ensure accurate assembly. Inspect welds for quality and structural integrity, making adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all shop safety protocols.

Required Qualifications Experience with MIG welding (2+ years preferred).



Proficiency in using grinders, angle grinders, power drills, sanders, and other shop power tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills Experience in trailer or heavy equipment manufacturing. Familiarity with aluminum fabrication techniques and metallurgy basics. Basic math skills for measurements and layout.
