Pathway Community Church is a growing, Jesus-centered, vibrant community of faith located in Kitchener, Ontario. Responsibilities

- Oversee all elements of our biweekly Sunday youth gathering in partnership with the youth volunteer team.




- Plan and oversee occasional youth events outside of the regular Sunday gathering (e.g., youth retreats, pool parties, bowling, etc.).
- Build connection with youth on Sunday mornings and, where possible, outside of regular youth events.
- Work to build relationships with families of youth in our youth ministry.
- Oversee and continue to build our youth volunteer team, providing training opportunities for them to grow in this ministry.
- Ensure our youth ministry is compliant with our Child Protection Plan.
- Participate actively as a member of the staff team.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent (ECE or other similar degrees are a plus.)
- Solid organizational, administrative and networking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written.)
- Previous experience working in youth ministry is an asset.
