Safran is seeking a Production Supervisor at the Mirabel plant to lead daily manufacturing activities for aerospace components. You will manage shift teams, monitor performance, and coordinate resources to meet production plans while upholding quality, HSE, and continuous improvement initiatives. You have a DEC/DEP in a related discipline and at least 3 years of team leadership in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing. Fluency with ERP/MRP systems and lean tools is expected.
