The team at East Village Dental located in Calgary, Alberta are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

- 35-40 hours per week
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Must be available to work two evenings per week .
- Must be available to work two Saturdays per month .

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 2 year's of Dental Administration experience is required
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix and MaxAssist is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
