Trailtech Inc. is a leading Canadian manufacturer of premium-quality trailers. We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Stores / Warehouse & Yard Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing materials, maintaining inventory, supervising the steel yard, and ensuring production departments receive the materials they need to keep manufacturing running efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
- Prepare and organize materials and supplies for shipping.
- Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production departments.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Supervise the steel yard and maintain safe, effective material storage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.




- Coordinate material movement with Purchasing and Production departments.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Keep warehouse and steel yard clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Experience in a warehouse, stores, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing environment.
- Forklift operating experience (certification is an asset).
- Basic computer and inventory management skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
