Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order processing, always delivering

top-tier service .

Build and maintain

trust-based relationships

with repair shops, dealerships, and fleet service providers.

Provide personalized recommendations to help customers find the best solutions for their needs.

Process orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams for

seamless delivery .

Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems, ensuring proactive follow-ups and ongoing support.

Serve as a

key point of contact , addressing concerns and finding solutions with a

customer-first mindset .

Support outside sales representatives with quotes, follow-ups, and customer communication.

Contribute to marketing efforts, including promotions, social media updates, website updates, and email campaigns.

Utilize

Microsoft Word and Excel

for documentation, reporting, and organization.

Use

Canva

to assist with promotional content, social media graphics, and marketing materials.





Have a basic understanding of website updates to maintain product listings and company information.

Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth

collaborative workflow , always ready to

jump in and help

where needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in

inside sales, customer service, or a related field

preferred.

Strong communication and

relationship-building skills .

Team-oriented mindset —ready to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

Ability to multitask and provide

thoughtful, solutions-oriented support .

Proficiency in

Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva , and basic website knowledge is

helpful but not required .

A proactive,
