Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guest inquiries and handle reservations professionally
• Ensure timely and accurate booking confirmations
• Collaborate with Fairmont Global Reservations Centre staff




• Manage hotel inventory and promote upselling initiatives
• Maintain meticulous reservation records in the hotel systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in front office or reservations roles
• Exceptional communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Competency in typing at least 40 words per minute
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Opera Systems
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
