Agnico Eagle seeks a Mobile Reliability Specialist to enhance asset performance at the Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON. This role emphasizes reliability engineering for underground and surface mobile equipment.

As a Mobile Reliability Specialist, you will report to the Maintenance Planning & Reliability General Supervisor and be crucial in improving the reliability, availability, and performance of heavy mobile equipment. You will provide technical support while evaluating and implementing maintenance strategies, conducting failure analyses, and driving continuous improvement efforts. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be key in promoting Agnico Eagle's commitment to safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:



• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with health standards • Develop and optimize preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance programs • Conduct failure mode and effects analyses (FMEA) and root cause analyses (RCA) • Implement reliability improvement initiatives across mobile assets • Oversee condition monitoring, ensuring timely action on findings

Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering • Minimum of 4 years of experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance • Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices • Proficiency in maintenance management systems and data analysis • Advanced MS Office and statistical analysis skills
