Position Overview

The Spa Attendant will play a key role in preparing spa treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness in all areas, assisting guests with their needs, and providing

Shifts: Full-time/Permanent. Days, evenings & weekends. Wage: $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Experience & Customer Service
- Ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable.
- Assist spa therapists and other team members with client needs before and after treatments.
- Provide guests with information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Answer any questions guests may have, offering recommendations or directing them to appropriate staff when needed.
- Maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere in the spa at all times.
- Assisting with the open and closing of the spa areas.

- Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas,



including treatment rooms, pool side, relaxation areas, and locker rooms.
- Ensure that all areas meet health and safety standards, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor the spa’s facilities to ensure they are in proper working order, reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor.

- Sales & Inventory

- Assist with preparing towels, robes and linens for laundry.
- Restock and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and water.
- Support special events or spa promotions as directed by the Spa Manager.
