In this part time role, you will represent American Eagle, making shopping memorable for each guest. With your skills in the AEO Selling Model, you will assist customers throughout the store, including Cash & Wrap and Fitting Room zones. Your ability to problem-solve and collaborate will drive satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the AEO Selling Model for guest engagement
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product offerings
• Promote brand loyalty through targeted recommendations
• Flexibly transition among various store zones
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns proactively
Requirements:
• Enjoyment of customer interactions
• Previous retail experience a must
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Minimum age of 18
• Energetic and capable of multitasking
