Part-Time Sales Associate – Anytime Fitness Okotoks

We’re growing and looking for a passionate, high-energy individual to join our team! If you love fitness, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a sales-driven, people-focused environment, this role is for you. We’re seeking someone with at least one year of industry experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. As a Membership Sales Rep, you’ll play a key role in club success—engaging with guests, building relationships, and driving new membership sales. You must be confident making phone calls, reaching out to leads, and inviting people to visit the club. If you’re uncomfortable with outreach or sales, this isn’t the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct membership tours and close sales
- Promote the club via community outreach and events
- Engage on social media and support marketing efforts
- Build relationships with local businesses and wellness partners
- Support a positive member experience and vibrant club culture

Evening (5–8 pm) and rotating Saturday (10 am–4 pm) availability is required. Part time: 4–10 hrs/week
