About the Role We're seeking an Accounts & Payroll Administrator to support payroll processing, live performance settlements, and day-to-day accounting operations. This is a hands-on, in-office role working closely with the Head of Finance, ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment within the live entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration — Full ownership of payroll processing, remittances,



and related compliance (upon completion of training) Live Performance Settlements — Budgeting, income tracking, expense classification, and weekly financial summary updates for live performance projects Artist Show Settlements — Preparing and entering show-wise settlement data Data Entry & Journal Posting — Accurate transaction input, coding, and posting Support to Head of Finance — Assistance with tax, reconciliations, and documentation File & Records Management — Maintaining organized records for reporting and audit support
