Art Director or Intermediate Multimedia Designer

to join our creative team with an immediate start. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with opportunities to assist in creative review and contribute to improving creative quality, consistency, and efficiency. You’ll work closely with our founders, accounts team, paid media team, and an in-house junior designer to produce static and motion creative primarily for paid social campaigns. This role is ideal for a designer with solid agency experience (minimum of 3 years) who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and is comfortable iterating quickly based on feedback and results. What You’ll Do

Creative Execution

Design and produce high-quality

static and motion creative

for paid social and digital campaigns Support organic social and other digital creative as required Execute within established creative briefs, brand guidelines, and performance requirements Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing insights,



and performance data Assist with reviewing creative work produced by a junior designer and content creator Participate in creative reviews and provide clear, constructive feedback Help ensure all creative is production-ready, on-brand, and meets performance standards Collaborate closely with founders and media buyers to align creative with campaign objectives Concepting & Craft

Contribute to concept development, visual storytelling, and creative problem-solving Apply strong fundamentals in layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy Ability to concept, iterate, and present ideas clearly to internal stakeholders Tools & Workflow

Work efficiently across design and motion tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) Demonstrate interest in exploring and applying AI-assisted creative tools and workflows Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of agency experience

in a digital, creative, or performance marketing environment A

solid, well-curated design portfolio

that clearly demonstrates: High-quality static and motion work Strong digital craft, including visual design, storytelling, layout, and typography Experience producing digital and paid social creative Ability to concept, iterate, and communicate ideas clearly Comfortable working in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment Ability to give and receive feedback professionally and constructively Interest in performance marketing creative, not just brand-first design Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular in-office collaboration A portfolio is required for consideration.
