Join the Toronto Catholic District School Board as a Project Manager, shaping the future of education through capital development. Your strategic oversight will ensure the successful delivery of critical construction projects.In the role of Senior Project Manager, you will manage complex capital projects within TCDSB. Reporting to the Head of Capital Development, you will lead project supervisors and maintain project accountability from tender to closeout.



Your seven or more years of experience in construction management will be crucial to fostering a supportive and cutting-edge environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the delivery of construction projects from start to finishMentor and develop project supervisors and coordinatorsMonitor budgets and project schedules for efficiencyImplement best practices for construction managementCommunicate project updates and reports to senior leadershipRequirements:Degree in construction management or related disciplineAt least 7 years of construction administration experienceEligible for registration with professional engineering bodiesStrong knowledge of procurement and contract managementProven ability to lead and motivate diverse teamsDrive construction excellence and contribute to Catholic education with TCDSB.
