Key Responsibilities:



• Administer home IV therapy and nutritional care • Manage parenteral feeding systems for patients • Ensure patient safety and effective discharges • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient support • Follow NMC Code of Conduct and standards

Requirements: • Valid nursing registration with the NMC • Prior experience in home health care is ideal • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Passion for providing high-quality nursing care
